Terms of service

Overview

This website is operated by SOLULU Australia ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting our site or purchasing from us you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Products and pricing

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We make every effort to display colours and details accurately, but screens vary. We may change prices, discontinue products or correct errors at any time, including cancelling orders affected by a pricing or stock error (with a full refund).

Orders and payment

An order is accepted when we send a shipping confirmation. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example due to stock issues, suspected fraud or inaccurate information, and will refund you in full if so. Payments are processed securely by Shopify and its payment providers; we never see or store your full card details.

Shipping, returns and refunds

See our Shipping policy and Refund policy, which form part of these terms.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Intellectual property

All content on this site – including text, photography, graphics and the SOLULU name and logo – belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or used without written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or products. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited – where the law allows – to replacing the goods or refunding the price paid.
