Where we ship

We ship across Australia.

Australian delivery

Standard shipping: $11 – estimated 3–7 business days [confirm]. Free standard shipping applies on qualifying orders – the threshold is shown in your cart.
Express shipping: $15 – estimated 1–3 business days [confirm].

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days [confirm] (excluding weekends and public holidays). You'll receive an email with tracking once your order ships.

Delays, lost or damaged parcels

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. If your parcel is delayed beyond the estimate, arrives damaged or appears lost, email soluluau@gmail.com with your order number and we'll investigate and make it right.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer, but contact us quickly and we'll do our best to help.
