We want you to love your SOLULU storage book. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.

Change of mind returns

You may return an unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method. The item must be in its original condition – unused and undamaged.

To start a return, email soluluau@gmail.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return. We'll confirm the return address and next steps. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or not as described.

Faulty or damaged items

If your storage book arrives damaged or faulty, contact us at soluluau@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping, at no cost to you. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law – you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know the outcome. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
